We have developed innovative algorithms to help you measure the average of your social media engagement based on the engagement of your surrounding society.

Womerz™ evaluates your score by mapping your amount of engagement in your social media profiles compared to other Womerz™. in your surrounding community and provides you with figures describing your profile strength.

For example:

The average required result in your community is: 65 and this is equal to the strength of one bee. Every additional 65 of your score, will grant you extra bee (130 = 2 bees) and so on. Every 5 bees will be transformed to a Golden bee!

If you are above average in your community, we think you are the type of influencer we’re looking for and you’ll be invited to register and join Womerz™.

It’s important to know that the average is not a static figure and varies according to the analysis we conduct in each period and country.

Bees are your strength!

When we calculate your score, you will receive equivalent bees. Each bee will be equal to the minimum required score in your community to join Womerz™.

Remember; bees will be valuable for your account and allows you to participate in more exclusive campaigns and enjoy future perks.

Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy sets forth the policy of Sanabil Digital Ltd. ("Sanabil" or “we”) with respect to how we will use collect, store and transfer information, including personally identifiable information, information which was submitted by the User, device information, contact information, log information, location information and third party information  (the “Personal Data”), that is provided by or collected from registered users of the App ("User(s)") of and/or visitors of the Womerz mobile device application and website at https://womerz.com/ (together the “App”).

Sanabil takes the privacy of your Personal Data and other information seriously, and has therefore adopted this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it includes important information regarding your Personal Data and other information.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) the data controller is Sanabil Digital Ltd. (registered in England and Wales with company number 10094192) of The Blue Tower, Mediacityuk, Manchester, United Kingdom, M50 2ST.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy shall bear the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Term of Service and Conditions. However, in case of any conflict or inconsistency, the capitalized terms herein shall bear the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Term of Service and Conditions.  

Consent. By visiting https://womerz.com/ or using the services Sanabil provides via the App (“Services”) or allowing someone to use the Services on your behalf, you hereby explicitly consent to Sanabil's collection, use of any sort, disclosure, transfer to any country and storage in accordance with this Privacy Policy of any Personal Data or other information received by Sanabil as a result of such use.

Information Sanabil Collects and Processes. When you interact with Sanabil through the App, Sanabil will collect and process Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:  

  1. Personal Data. This is the information about you that you give us as part of your use of the Services or through the App, such as when you register for access to the App or the Services, connect with various social networks, contact Sanabil with enquiries, respond to one of Sanabil's surveys or use certain Services. The Personal Data Sanabil may collect includes, without limitation, your name, address, post code, email address and other personally identifiable information. In some cases, Sanabil may collect your PayPal information, some of which may constitute Personal Data, to secure certain payments.
  2. Non-Personal Data.
  • Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with the App, or as part of the Services, Sanabil collects certain personally non-identifiable information (“Non-Personal Data”). The Non-Personal Data Sanabil collects includes, without limitation, Internet browser type, other characteristics of your device and software, domain names of your Internet Service Provider, your approximate geographic location, a record of your usage of the App or the Services, the time of your usage and aggregated data that cannot be used to specifically identify you. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot, in and of itself, be used to specifically identify you. Sanabil also collects Non-Personal Data (including, without limitation, of the type set forth above) from third parties. The information Sanabil collects from third parties may be combined with the information Sanabil collects from you.
  • Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the Users, Sanabil often conducts research on User demographics, interests and behavior, based on Personal Data and other information that Sanabil has collected. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis and this aggregate information does not identify you personally, and therefore is considered and treated as Non-Personal Data under this Privacy Policy.

 

Sanabil's Use of Information That It Collect.

  1. Personal Data. Sanabil uses the Personal Data it collects in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Sanabil may use the Personal Data as follows:
  • Specific Reason: If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, Sanabil may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact Sanabil by email, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question and/or resolve your problem, and will respond to the email address from which the contact came.
  • Access and Use: If you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to and/or use of the App or the Services or any functionality thereof, Sanabil will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to and/or use of the App or the Services or functionality and to monitor your use of such Services.
  • Internal Business Purposes: Sanabil may use your Personal Data for internal business purposes including, without limitation, to help Sanabil improve the content and functionality of the App and the Services, to better understand Sanabil's users, to improve the App and the Services, to protect against, identify or address fraudulent activities, to enforce the Terms of Service and Conditions (the “Terms”), to manage your account and provide you with customer service, and to generally manage the App and the Services as well as our business.
  • Marketing: As a core function of the App Sanabil will (and may permit selected third parties to)] use your Personal Data to contact you in the future for marketing and advertising purposes related to the App and the Services, including without limitation to provide those materials to you, and to display content and advertising on or off the App and the Services that Sanabil believes might be of relevance to you. If you do not wish Sanabil to use your personal data in this way you must not register for the App. If you wish to stop receiving marketing information from Sanabil at any time you should contact us by sending an email to contact@womerz.com.

 

  1. Non-Personal Data. Because Non-Personal Data cannot be used to personally identify you, Sanabil may use such information for any lawful purpose.

 

Disclosure of Information That Sanabil Collects.

  1. Personal Data. Sanabil is not in the business of selling your Personal Data. Sanabil considers this information to be a vital part of its relationship with you. Therefore, Sanabil will not sell your Personal Data to any third parties, including third party advertisers. There are, however, certain circumstances in which Sanabil may disclose, transfer or share your Personal Data with certain third parties without giving you prior notice, as set forth below:  
  • Business Transfers: As Sanabil develops its business, it might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to or acquirer of Sanabil (or its assets) will continue to have the right to use your Personal Data and other information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  • Subsidiaries, Holding Companies and Affiliates: Sanabil may also share your Personal Data with its subsidiaries, holding companies and/or affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Sanabil's subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliates will be bound to maintain that Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: Sanabil, like many other businesses, may engage other companies or parties to perform certain business-related functions. When Sanabil engages another company or party to perform such functions, Sanabil may provide them with information, including Personal Data, in connection with their performance of such functions.
  • Facebook, Twitter and Other Third Party Connections: You can connect your account on the App to your accounts on third party services like Facebook or Twitter, in which case Sanabil may collect, use, disclose, transfer and store information relating to your account with such third party service operator in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, if you connect with Facebook, Sanabil stores details such as your Facebook ID, first name, last name, email, location, friends list and profile picture and may use them to connect with your Facebook account to provide certain functionality on the App and as part of the Services, like recommending content that your Facebook friends are interested in and sharing the events you are interested in with certain groups of people like your Facebook friends. Ensure when you are using these features that you do not submit any personal data that you do not want to be seen, collected or used by other users.
  • Legal Requirements: Sanabil may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law (including, without limitation responding to a subpoena or request from law enforcement, court or government agency) or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary (i) to comply with a legal obligation, (ii) to protect or defend Sanabil's rights, interests or property or that of any third parties, (iii) to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the App and the Services, (iv) to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the App or the Services or the public, or (v) to protect against legal liability.
  1. Non-Personal Data. Because Non-Personal Data cannot be used to personally identify you, Sanabil may disclose, transfer or share Non-Personal Data for any lawful purpose.

Communication. You can “opt out” of receiving Sanabil's newsletter emails by sending an email to contact@womerz.com. Even after you opt out of Sanabil's communications, Sanabil will retain your Personal Data and Non-Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, however, Sanabil will no longer use it to contact you.

Exclusions. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Sanabil other than Personal Data collected through the App or as part of the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Sanabil or to another User or visitor of the App or the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the App, such as bulletin boards, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, claim or demand letters and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Unsolicited Information without limitation or attribution.

Children. Sanabil does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Data through the App or as part of the Services. Sanabil encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data through the App or as part of the Services without parental or guardian permission. If you have any reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Data to Sanabil through the App or as part of the Services, please contact Sanabil, and it will endeavor to delete that information from its databases.

Links to Other Websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the App and the Services. The App and the Services may contain links to other websites or applications not operated or controlled by Sanabil (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the App do not imply that Sanabil endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. Sanabil suggest contacting those Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Cookies and Other Session Identifiers. In operating the App and the Services, Sanabil uses a technology called “cookies”. A cookie is a piece of information that is placed on your browser when you access the App or the Services, and it is used to recognize your browser and to distinguish you from other users of the App or Services. Sanabil's cookies help provide additional functionality to the App and the Services and help the App analyze service usage more accurately. Cookies may be session cookies (i.e., last only for one browser session) or persistent cookies (i.e., continue in your browser until they are deleted or expire). Storage and Security. Sanabil may store Personal Data itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by its affiliates, agents or service providers. Sanabil takes what it believes to be reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the App or as part of the Services from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, inadvertent disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, information sent to or from the App or as part of the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to or via the App. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data via the Internet. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

International Privacy Laws. Sanabil may, from time to time, transfer your Personal Data to (and store process your Personal Data at) one of Sanabil's databases in another country including countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Your Personal Data will also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. These staff may be engaged in the fulfilment of our Services, the processing of your payment details and/or the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

Sanabil will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that the Personal Data transferred to Sanabil's database in that country are adequately protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that transfer of data to third parties in such countries is made pursuant to a contract or other measures providing adequate protection.  

Access to Information. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request will be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Changes of the Privacy Policy. Sanabil reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Any changes we make to this Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. If any modified privacy policies are not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease using the App. By continuing to access or use the App after Sanabil makes any such revision, you agree to be bound by the revised privacy policy. You can determine when this Privacy Policy was last revised by referring to the “Last Updated” legend at the top of this Privacy Policy. How do product campaigns work?

Product campaigns are really simple. Once you accept a campaign, we send you a product. Once you’ve received your product, the campaign becomes active and you can share your thoughts about that product with your friends and community through Womerz™. Easy! Just make sure your address in your profile is complete, so we know where to ship your product.

 

How do financial campaigns work?

Financial campaigns are fun and competitive. For those new to Womerz™ we’ve created a breakdown of how they work below: Some things to know beforehand: campaigns have a limited number of spots (spaces) available for Womerz. The ‘total goal’ and ‘daily goals’ to be achieved are worked towards by all participating Womerz. 

  • You choose to take a spot and share a campaign you like and believe in.

  • We set a daily goal for engagement (comments, likes, shares, etc…). You are competing with other Womerz to achieve this collective goal. 

  • Womerz begin sharing the post. We begin counting the engagement posts receive (you can track your own contributions).

  • Once the daily goal is complete, we stop counting until the next goal goes live. If there is no daily limit the campaign will end as soon as the goal is reached.

  • Engagement received on posts beyond the goal will not be counted by us. 

  • Womerz are competing with each other during campaigns. The first Womerz to receive engagement that count towards the daily goal will be paid for. 

For example: A campaign has a goal of 100 likes.

All participating Womerz work towards the collective goal by sharing their post.

The first 100 likes received are paid for.

Any likes received after this are not counted or paid for.


  • Throughout the campaign and after it, you will see how much you have earned for every engagement your post has received.

My score isn’t high enough to join. What can I do?

First of all, don’t worry. You can always try again. Here are some tips to help improve your score:

 
Be more active
If you want people to be more active on your page, you have to be active as well.
Try to engage more in conversations and topics that interest you. Create more content and share it with your friends and social media community.
 
Create stunning images and videos
Visual content attracts more attention and engagement. Try to create content that includes pictures and videos. Remember the saying, one picture tells a thousand words.
 
Interact with your audience
Stay up to date with the latest trends and news.
If you want a more active audience, interact with them. Don’t forget to involve games, contests and quizzes.
Research show that these kinds of activities will make the difference.
 
Be yourself
Be Genuine. If you are yourself, you are more attractive and this will draw people to you.
Don’t pretend to be someone you are not. Your friends will sense when you are and will be put off by it.
 
My score expired. What should I do?

You can easily refresh and re-activate your score again by going to ‘My Networks’ and clicking on Facebook or Twitter.

 
Do I have to pay to join Womerz™?

No. Womerz™ is completely free. We just want you to enjoy it.

How will I get paid for the campaigns I share?

Womerz will be paid via PayPal. We make payments twice a month, so when you request to be paid, we’ll activate the transfer so it takes place on the next transfer day. 

 
Why weren’t my comments/likes/shares/retweets counted?

Once the campaign’s daily collective goal is achieved, we stop counting. This means any additional comments/likes/shares/retweets received after the collective goal has been achieved won’t be counted and therefore won’t be paid for. 

Can I connect to more than one social network?

Yes. If both your Twitter and Facebook scores meet our requirements then you can connect to both profiles once you’ve signed up.

How old do I have to be to join Womerz™ and take part in campaigns?

You must be at least 18 years old to join Womerz™.

 
Why should I invite friends to join Womerz™?

An easy way to earn more is to invite friends to join Womerz™. When your friends join Womerz™ and earn money sharing their first campaign, you will also receive an equal of 10% of what they earn with that first campaign. It really is that simple. You help us grow, so we help your balance grow.

 

Why do I get this error: (#200) The user hasn't authorized the application to perform this action?

Users will receive this error when they haven't allowed Womerz™ permission to post to Facebook. To resolve this problem, you'll need to remove the Womerz app from your Facebook account and then re-connect it allowing Womerz™ to post to Facebook. To do this go to your Facebook page, open Account Settings and in the left hand menu select Apps. From here, you can remove the Womerz app. Once you have removed the Womerz app from Facebook, go back to the Womerz page, press Connect with Facebook and this time tick the box to allow Womerz to post to Facebook.
